Welcome to Idhi by Ridhima. By accessing this website, enrolling in any course or workshop, or making a payment, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. About Idhi by Ridhima

Idhi by Ridhima offers beginner-friendly courses and workshops in fashion illustration, print & textile design, tech packs, Canva, and other creative skills for laptop and iPad users. Our courses focus on simple, practical learning and are designed to help you learn and create with confidence. No prior experience is required.

2. Course Enrollment

Enrollment is confirmed once the course fee is received and verified. Students must provide accurate details such as their name and contact information. After payment confirmation, course details and further instructions will be shared with the student via WhatsApp.

3. Course Access

Courses will be provided only on the dates mentioned at the time of enrollment and will consist of recorded classes. Once enrolled, your seat will be confirmed again via WhatsApp. Course access will be available for 1 year from the date of the first class. After one year, continued access may be available through a renewal/subscription, subject to the applicable fee and policy at that time. Course content will be shared through WhatsApp, either in a group or individually, depending on the course and situation.

4. Course Content

Course content may include videos, demonstrations, reference material, assignments, exercises, design resources and other educational material.The course content is intended for learning and educational purposes. Individual results may vary depending on the student’s practice, participation and application of the concepts taught.

5. Doubt & Support

All doubts and queries will be handled through WhatsApp. You can message me whenever you have a doubt or query, and I will respond and clear it during my working hours.

Weekdays: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Weekends: Working hours may vary.
Sunday: Weekly off; no doubt support will be provided on Sundays.
You may also call me during working hours if required for any course-related doubt or query.

Please note that messages received outside working hours will be addressed during the next available working hours.

6. Assignments & Certificates

Where a certificate is offered, it will be issued only after the student has completed the required homework and/or assignments as communicated for that course. Completion of a course does not guarantee employment, business opportunities, income or any specific professional outcome.

7. Student Responsibilities

Students are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behaviour towards the instructor and other students.Any form of disrespectful, abusive, inappropriate or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.In case of such behaviour, Idhi by Ridhima reserves the right to remove the student from the course group without re-entry. The student may also be denied access to future classes or courses conducted by Idhi by Ridhima.

Students are expected to:

Follow the course instructions.
Complete assigned homework and exercises where applicable.
Maintain respectful communication.
Use the course material only for their own learning.
Avoid sharing, reproducing or distributing course content.

8. Intellectual Property

All course videos, teaching materials, templates, designs and other content provided by Idhi by Ridhima belong to Idhi by Ridhima unless stated otherwise.Students may use the skills learned for their own personal or professional work. However, course content must not be copied, shared, recorded, uploaded, resold or distributed without prior permission.

Recording or screen-recording of classes and course content is strictly not allowed.

9. Payments

Course fees must be paid through the payment method communicated on the website or during enrollment. For UPI payments, enrollment will be confirmed after the payment has been received and verified. Students should retain their payment confirmation until their enrollment has been confirmed.

The full course fee must be paid in one go before the course starts to confirm your enrollment and book your seat. Your seat will be considered confirmed only after the payment has been received and verified by Idhi by Ridhima. Part payments or installment payments are not accepted unless specifically mentioned for a particular course.

10. Refund & Cancellation

Course fees are non-refundable once payment has been made and enrollment has been confirmed. Students should review the course details, inclusions, schedule and requirements before making payment.

11. Changes to Courses

Idhi by Ridhima may make reasonable changes to course schedules, content, instructors, delivery methods or other course-related details when necessary. Students will be informed of significant changes wherever reasonably possible.

12. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this website accurate and updated. However, minor changes to course content, availability, schedules, pricing or other information may occur.

13. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use its content for unlawful purposes.

14. Privacy

Personal information submitted through this website will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
