Please read this policy carefully before making a payment for any course or workshop.

1. No Refund Policy

All course and workshop payments are non-refundable once payment has been made and enrollment has been confirmed, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

We encourage students to carefully review the course description, syllabus, requirements, duration, access period and other details before making a payment.

2. Cancellation by Student

Once enrollment has been confirmed, students cannot cancel their enrollment and request a refund.

If a student is unable to attend or complete a course within the applicable access period, the course fee will not ordinarily be refunded.

3. Transfer of Enrollment

Course enrollment is intended for the student who completed the registration.

Enrollment or course access should not be transferred, shared or sold to another person without prior written permission from Idhi by Ridhima.

4. Course Changes or Cancellation by Idhi by Ridhima

In exceptional circumstances, Idhi by Ridhima may need to change a course schedule, postpone a workshop or make changes to course delivery.

Where such a change occurs, reasonable efforts will be made to inform enrolled students and provide an appropriate alternative where applicable.

If Idhi by Ridhima cancels a course and is unable to provide the course or a reasonable alternative, any refund offered will be communicated to the affected students.

5. Payment Verification

For UPI payments, enrollment is considered confirmed only after the payment has been successfully received and verified.

Students should keep their payment confirmation or transaction details until their enrollment has been confirmed.

6. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

If you accidentally make a duplicate payment or believe you have made an incorrect payment, please contact Idhi by Ridhima as soon as possible with the relevant transaction details.

Any resolution will be considered based on the circumstances and applicable payment/banking records.
